General Features of the bh TCSPC Devices The bh SPC modules contain complete electronic systems for recording fast light signals by time-correlated single photon counting (TCSPC) on single PC boards. The Constant Fraction Discriminators (CFDs), the Time-to-Amplitude Converter (TAC), a fast Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), the data processing logics, and the data memory are integrated on the board.
