Overview
The high-performance probe Raman spectrometer (manufactured by Enwave Optronics) features a Raman probe that allows easy and quick Raman measurements without the need for troublesome optical adjustments. It is a high performance instrument with high sensitivity, low noise, and high signal-to-noise ratio, equipped with a high performance cooled CCD detector with cooling performance up to -60°C.
Excitation laser wavelength can be selected from 785nm and 532nm.The "DUAL Series" equipped with two laser wavelengths is also available. The DUAL series is equipped with a laser intensity adjustment function, allowing Raman spectroscopy measurements to be performed with the optimal laser intensity for the sample.
EZ-Raman-N series" for laboratory use, "EZ-Raman-L series" for laboratory use and high sensitivity type, "EZ-Raman-I series" for portable type, "EZ-Raman-N series" for high sensitivity The "ProRaman-L Series" is equipped with CCD, and the "ProRaman-W Series" is best suited for process monitoring. In addition to micro-measurements, "micro-measurements" are also available when connected to the "μSense" option for micro-Raman.
