Established a Joint venture 「SPECS-TII」with SPECS

TII Group(Tokyo Instruments,Inc. and Unisoku Co.,Ltd.) made a capital tie-up with SPECS, and established a holding company「SPECS-TII GmbH」.
SPECS-TII sales, maintenance and R&D in the world except Japan and Germany.
「SPECS-TII China」 will integrate local subsidiaries in Beijing, China and have ten members.
